What happens after I order?
After your order is submitted, the assembly process—including hand selection of your 300B matched pair—begins immediately. You will receive order confirmation via email. Keep a copy for your records.

I do not live in the United States. How do I place an order?
In most cases, Western Electric is able to ship directly to your door. If needed, we will work with you to find an authorized dealer or distributor near you. Check Authorized Dealers for up-to-date information.

When will my order be shipped? 
Orders ship in less than a week. During this time we assemble your unit and complete quality control processes. If we need more time, we will contact you. You will be notified with tracking information.

How is my 91E packaged and shipped?
Your unit will ship in a custom “nailess” wood crate (98lbs/44kg • 21x24x28”/53 x 60 x 70cm) for safety. Signature required unless otherwise specified. For safety, we recommend at least two people handle the unboxing process. For special shipping requests, contact the courier directly.

 
 

How are shipping rates determined?
In most cases, both domestic and international, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Duties, taxes, and other fees controlled by the country of destination, may be due upon delivery of international orders. These additional import charges are the responsibility of the buyer (DDU).

What payment options are available?
During the checkout process, you will be offered several payment options including credit card and PayPal. Credit card payments are processed using the highest PCI compliance standards available. We have partnered with Affirm® to provide financing options. Learn more about the "get it now, pay later" model.
