At W.E., we believe that, as our online visitor, you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you visit our websites and what type of information is collected. Third-party Services

That being said, each of our third-party service providers, such as e-commerce platforms, paywalls, email marketing platforms, and audience measurement services have their own privacy policies which affect the data we exchange with them and allow them to collect. MailChimp - Email marketing platform

We use MailChimp to communicate directly with our audience about new opportunities and nurture relationships with potential customers. MailChimp acts as our primary subscriber data processor, where your basic email, name, geolocation, and campaign-specific preferences are stored. Shopify, Inc - E-commerce platform

We use Shopify as our secure, online storefront. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify temporarily stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and is stored only as long as is necessary for the payment to complete. PayPal Holdings, Inc. - Online payment system

We use PayPal from time to time to process individual sales orders on a one-on-one, pre-discussed basis. These transactions take place outside of and both parties are responsible for adhering to PayPal’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics - Web analytics service

We use Google Analytics to track website visitor behavior, acquisition, and to monitor our website’s performance over time. By visiting our website, you allow this service to collect basic information about your location, age, and patterns of behavior while your browsing device(s) is actively visiting, which may be repurposed for ad targeting. While W.E. cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur, rest assured that W.E. takes great care in maintaining the security of your personal information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through the use of appropriate technology and internal procedures. In the event of a hack or data breach, W.E. is responsible for reporting all relevant information within 72 hours.

Age of Consent

By using and affiliated services you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country/province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or country/province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
